Today we take you on a tour of Melbourne including a behind the scenes look at ‘Melbourne’s mecca’ – the mighty Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). We will also visit the Royal Botanical Gardens, the vibrant seaside suburbs of St Kilda and Albert Park – around which the F1 Grand Prix is raced. Lunch included. This evening join us for our ‘Welcome’ Cocktail Party. Canapés and drinks are included.

Monday 25 December – Merry Christmas! B L

Take a leisurely start to the day with a light breakfast and perhaps a walk along the Southbank before partaking in a fabulous Christmas Day lunch. Enjoy a sumptuous feast and premium beverages, with entertainment to complete the festive mood.

Tuesday 26th – Saturday 30th December B

4th Test, Melbourne Cricket Ground

At the Ashes Boxing Day Test in 2013/14, more than 90,000 attended! Melbournians just love it and it is such a joy to be part of it. Be there on Boxing Day 2017 in top category Platinum seats – behind the bowler’s arm and in the shade – ready for a most memorable Test match. The ground is within walking distance of our hotel but we also provide coach transfers should you prefer not to walk.

New Zealand is a stunning country! Awe-inspiring landscapes, beautiful cricket grounds and welcoming hospitality make this one of the best places to visit on the planet. Add to that the sporting way the Black Caps play the game and you have a wonderful cricket tour.

We are still waiting for the schedules for the ODI’s and Test matches. We understand the Test matches will be played in Auckland and Christchurch, but we are not expecting confirmation of this or dates until late May/early June.

I T I N E R A R Y  

DAY 1 – Delhi 
Welcome to Incredible India :
Welcome aboard! You are picked up by our executive from the main exit of the airport and transferred to the hotel in your private coach (Our executive will be waiting outside the custom area with a placard of your name).  You will be handed over the India travel kit containing all relevant documents of your trip (air/rail tickets, hotel vouchers, transport, guide, sightseeing vouchers, writing pads with other travel related documents).

Note: The normal check in – checks out time of the hotels are 1200 hours.

If time permits visit Akshardham temple in the evening, also enjoy fountain show that takes place at sunset. 

DAY 2 – Delhi
Ruling Impressions : New Delhi is a city that breathes history as well as modernity & its architectural masterpieces right from the Mughal era to the British era & present day are all worth a visit.

We start the day by visiting the Red fort (Lal Qila). Built in 1648 this is a brilliant red sandstone fort built by the same Mughal emperor who built the Taj Mahal. We also visit other interesting sites like the Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat & the Humanyun’s tomb & drive through the colonial buildings with (photo stops en route) which still retain its complete charm. Overnight at New Delhi.

DAY 3 – Delhi
Cricket Match #1 : Early morning transfer to the venue for the first cricket match. 30-45 minutes would be provided for physical exercise and warm up to be followed by the toss and the match. Refreshments and light snacks would be provided to all. After the match a small presentation to award the winning team and best player.

Later return back to the hotel for rest and overnight stay.

DAY 4 – Delhi > Agra (200 Km / 5 Hrs)
Epitome of love: Drive to “Sikendra” where we visit the mausoleum of Mughul emperor Akbar, the most brilliant medieval Indian ruler. Later drive to Agra, home to one of the Seven Wonders of the world-the Taj Mahal. The architectural splendor of the mausoleums, the fort and the palaces is a vivid reminder of the opulence of the legendary Mughal emperors.

Visit Taj Mahal – the epitome of love; Agra Fort & in time permits, the tomb of Itmadullah. Overnight at Agra.

DAY 5 – Agra
Cricket Match #2 : Early morning transfer to the venue for the second cricket match. 30-45 minutes would be provided for physical exercise and warm up to be followed by the toss and the match. Refreshments and light snacks would be provided to all. After the match a small presentation to award the winning team and best player.

Later return back to the hotel for rest and overnight stay.

DAY 6 – Agra > Jaipur (250 Km / 7 Hrs)
Architectural & Astronomical genius: Visit Fatehpur Sikri, a UNESCO World heritage site. It was a short lived capital of Mughal Empire (for 10 years only) as it later had to be abandoned due to shortage of water.

The beautiful pink city – Jaipur was painted pink to honor the visit of Price Albert in 1876. Rajputs considered it a color of hospitality & ceremony. Enjoy a traditional Rajasthani meal for Dinner at an ethnic resort or enjoy the famous sound and light show at Amber Fort in the evening.

DAY 7 – Jaipur
Pink City : Enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of city including a visit to the Amber fort, which you climb on an elephant’s back or by a jeep. The main attractions are the Sukh Mandir (Temple of Contentment – an aptly named pleasure chamber, cooled by a stunning water cascade) and the Sheesh Mahal (Mirror palace) here. Also see the architectural marvels like the Palace of wind, Jantar Mantar (the observatory) & the City Palace complex.

Evening is free for shopping in the colorful bazaars of Jaipur.

Also spend some time in Sports Shop for buy sporting gear.

DAY 8 – Jaipur
Cricket Match #3 :
 Early morning transfer to the venue for the third cricket match. 30-45 minutes would be provided for physical exercise and warm up to be followed by the toss and the match. Refreshments and light snacks would be provided to all. After the match a small presentation to award the winning team and best player.

Later return back to the hotel for rest and overnight stay.

DAY 9 – Jaipur
Cricket Match #4 :
 Early morning transfer to the venue for the fourth cricket match. 30-45 minutes would be provided for physical exercise and warm up to be followed by the toss and the match. Refreshments and light snacks would be provided to all. After the match a small presentation to award the winning team and best player.

Later drop at the airport to board flight for your onwards journey.

3rd ODI – BARBADOS – 9 MARCH 2017
The final One Day International will be in the modern facilities of the Bajan home of cricket; the Kensington Oval in Bridgetown. We’ve been travelling to the ground, which has a capacity of 11,000, for over two decades, and always receive a warm reception when we’re in town!
